Supply Chain Intern

1. Role and Responsibilities This role will support supply planning activities, daily operations, shipping documents and data collection for Power BI dashboards.• Planning Support• Data Collection & Reporting• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports• Help update phasing by month/quarter and validate forecast data.• Collaborate with the team to update Power BI dashboards.2. Main Duties and Functions• Assist in preparing supply planning reports. • Help update phasing by month/quarter and validate data. • Support inventory planning and stock reconciliation tasks. • Ensure timely submission of accurate data for KPI tracking (Sales vs CFR, FA, FB, OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, Damage & Complaints).• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports (shipment status, stock movement,). • Support paperwork for customs clearance and logistics coordination. • Collaborate with the team to update Power BI dashboards.• Clean and organize data for Power BI dashboards. • Ensure timely submission of accurate data for KPI tracking (Sales vs CFR, FA, FB, OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, Damage & Complaints).• Support in meeting preparation (reports, presentations).3. Major Challenge of the Job • Validate data accuracy and highlight discrepancies. • Communicate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to collect required data. 4.
