Supply Chain Manager (Electronics/Manufacturing Industry - Da Nang)

* Definition of the job: Supply Chain Manager is a professional who is in charge of every stage of an organization's supply chain, from purchasing raw materials to production. Maintain a cost efficient supply chain to satisfy customer demand in quantity, service and on time deliveries.2. Ensure Operational Metrics are fulfilled: OTD (% Service Rate), Sales Backlog Delay (kEUR), Inventory ATR, Stock Days, Logistics Cost (% Sales), Delivery Sales, % Sales Achievement.3. Coordinate to handover projects with purchasing - sourcing department smoothly to catch customer SOP and ramp up after industrialization.4. Develop & maintain for supplier relationship for mass production. Keep suppliers updated and healthy relationship with all of them with a risk-sharing oriented mindset in which both customer and supplier take committed risks and responsibilities.5. Lead for enhancement and improvement of logistics conditions as a service. Development of new suppliers and expansion of logistics network of the factory.6. Monitor Materials storage, handling, identification and traceability.7. Perform all responsibilities of hierarchy depending positions according approved Organization Chart.8. Manage Demand analysis and management, customer program validation and fulfillment audit.9. Conduct Logistics protocol definition in hand-over with sales department.10. Handle Charge back activity leadership/escalation in case needed.11. Monitor Supplier OTD/Capacity and overview.
