1. Job PurposeResponsible for operating, monitoring, and ensuring the stability and availability of the securities trading systems. The role supports daily trading activities and ensures that all applications operate efficiently with minimal disruption.2. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Monitoring: Operate and monitor the securities trading systems (including Start-of-Day/End-of-Day processes, log analysis, and alert management) to ensure 100% availability during trading hours.Deployment & Testing: Support system deployments, patchings, and configuration changes. Participate in testing for new releases, upgrades, and regulatory updates.Incident Management: Troubleshoot system issues promptly by coordinating with vendors and internal teams (Application, Infrastructure, Network).Documentation: Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.2-3 years of experience in IT operations or application support.Experience working with securities trading platforms (Core trading, OMS System) is preferred.Knowledge of stock exchange connectivity (HOSE, HNX, VSD).2. Technical SkillsGood knowledge of Docker, Automation tool, CI/CD.Experience with SQL and database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).Familiarity with application monitoring tools and log analysis.Basic understanding of network concepts and system architecture.Familiarity with automation, Java, C, ReactJS, NodeJS, .NET (C#) or scripting (Shell, Python) is an advantage3. Soft SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work under pressure during trading hours.Good communication and coordination skills.Willing to work in shift or extended hours during system incidents or trading support.
