Position: Executive, Talent Acquisition and Development
Department: Human Resources
Report to: Senior Manager, HR & Admin
Working location: Ducksanvina Office, Lot C1, Tam Thang IZ, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam province.

PRIMARY JOB TASKS:
- Partner with Department managers and superior to get a clear view on Company business strategy and hiring needs,
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy,
- Research into competitors and market place and report,
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications (MR, JD etc.),
- Prepare all job advertisement quotation and recommend the most suitable channel,
- Prepare job post on chosen channel and social media channels, human resources media channels,
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels,
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility,
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits,
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries,
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion,
- Follow up with Department Managers and assist with the candidate’s onboarding process,
- Support, encourage the new joiners to familiar with Company culture and regulation,
- Conduct the exit interview and report periodically to management,
- Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function),
- Research and develop recruiting leads,
- Conduct the orientation and initial training to all new joiners,
- Prepare program for employer branding and implement,
- Build good relationship with Universities, colleges in the area of Company locates,
- Define the training need and build the annual training program and deploy,
- Recommend staff development program and implement.

QUALIFICATION:
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field,
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes,
- Proficiency in applicant tracking, candidate databases,
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods,
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices),
- Business acumen and market insight, esp. Human resources marketing,
- Integrity and confidentiality,
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE:
- Proven working experience in recruiting and developing,
- Good organizational skill,
- Good MS office skill,
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods,
- Good relationship building skills,
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills,
- Good English and Vietnamese communication
