The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will oversee critical talent acquisition functions,focusing on three core areas: Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Branding, andProject Management (Building Competency-Based Interview Frameworks). This rolerequires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a passion forself-learning and development, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet hiringand organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition Operations• Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offernegotiation, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, qualifiedcandidates through platforms• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on talent needs, andalign recruitment strategies with business objectives.2. Employer Branding• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that directly support talent acquisitiongoals, attracting diverse, high-caliber candidates across various industries and careerstages.• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as professional associations,online communities, and industry event organizers, to enhance recruitment pipelinesthrough targeted branding efforts.• Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events,using compelling branded content to showcase the company’s culture, values, and careeropportunities to prospective candidates.3. Project Management (Building Competency-Based Interview Frameworks)• Lead projects to design and implement competency-based interview frameworks forrecruitment, performance management, and career development, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals.• Conduct market research and collaborate with HR and business leaders to define role-specific competencies and skills requirements.• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, ensuring effectivecommunication and on-time execution of competency-based initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment operations, employer branding, or project management. Experience in building competency-based frameworks is a plus.• Fluent English is a must• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
