WHAT YOU DO
1/ Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Join to plan & implement the whole recruiting process from job analysts, JD customization, creating Talent Pool, Interview, and Selection with supervision from HRD/Mentor.
- Participate in planning and organizing Talent Programs of True Platform
- Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands
- Be a trusted partner to hiring managers for all relevant issues which can affect the recruiting process
- Evaluate the effectiveness of TA actively periodically to adjust/ improve or initiate the new ideal to optimize the performance
- Support all necessary administration relating to the recruiting process
2/ Employer Branding (30%)
- Expand the Employee Branding of True Platform and develop its Employee Experience programs
- Initiate the ideas for online and offline channels for attracting internal (our staff) and external (our potential candidates) customers
- Build/maintain and strengthen the relationship with universities, associates

WHO YOU ARE
1/ Knowledge & Experience
- Freshly graduated or final-year students in major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics or related major.
- At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment, IT Recruitment is a plus
- IT knowledge is preferable
2/ Individual Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both speaking & writing
- The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively of both internal and external stakeholders
3/ Mindset & Attitude
- People-centric mindset, passion, enthusiasm, dynamism, diligence, delicate and can-do attitude
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- Creative, data-driven, result-oriented
- Courageous, dare to think differently & make a difference, not afraid to change the status and continuously improve
- Open-minded, willing to learn & change the way of thinking and doing for greater efficiency, flexible and adaptable to unexpected challenges
- Up to date with the market trends/ innovative communication approaches is preferable
