1. Recruitment (70%)
- Handle fully jobs of recruitment process: Job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, probation processing (For Back office position and Front office position)
- Creating job description and position standards
- Making monthly recruitment reports
2. Employer Branding Activities (10%)
- Internal PR activities...
- Recruitment Marketing on Job Posting Websites, Fanpages
- Manage social media fanpage
3. Act as HRBP on Manpower Planning (including but not limit) (20%)
- Recruitment, promotion, rotation strategy decision
- Evaluating employee performance, employee surveys
- Maintaining relationship with employees
4. Other tasks as being required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunt, prefer practical experience in recruiting unskilled labor, labor in service field
- Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese language
- Strong interpersonal skill. Be detail-oriented, well-organized and honest
