- University graduate: Major in Human Resources, Labor Management,... or other related majors
- Experience of 02 years or more in a similar position (Priority in FnB industry)
- Agile in work and teamwork.

- Enthusiastic, quick-witted.

- Have a will to progress.
- Good communication, conveying and persuasion skills.
- Ability to observe and grasp human psychology.
- Ability to perceive and evaluate well
- Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
