YOUR ROLE
- As Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting employer branding initiatives, and delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure new hires successfully integrate into the organization while promoting New World Phu Quoc Resort as an employer of choice.

COULD THIS BE YOU?
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Experience with recruitment systems is preferred
• Presentation, MC, or event-hosting experience is an advantage

Mức lương
Từ 12 đến 20 triệu
