KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS• Prior experience building a recruiting infrastructure (i.e., recruiting tools, resume tracking systems)• Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects• Strong analytical problem solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment• Ability to negotiate and influence others at all organization levels• Demonstrated experience facilitating change and leading process improvement• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and support a team effectively• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.• Plus 5 years of sourcing, interviewing, young talent hiring program experience.• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
