Apply and ensure excellent Talent Acquisition service for the whole TA Team. Plan for future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional team members.Drive the TA team to reach the team target in the short and long term. Proactively plan and implement the candidate's sourcing strategies through various channels, building and maintaining a solid network of talented candidates, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions.Initiate, develop, and proactively deploy the Candidate Experience Journey.Actively participate and support HR - Back Office tasks with the spirit of one as a whole and a willing-to-learn mindset to reach the shared goals.Maintain and develop the capacity of each individual and the HCM TA team.Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
