Key objectives• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across various positions within our organizationJob Responsibilities• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including job boards and social media,to identify and attract top talent. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for currentand future hiring needs.• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments (if necessary) toevaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.• Employer Branding and Relationship Building: Enhance the company's employer brand bycreating a positive candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with potential candidates.• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand theirrecruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and supportthroughout the hiring process to ensure timely and successful placements.• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics using availablecompany resources. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment processand achieving hiring goals.• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 8 years of substantial experience managing end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam and other countries within Asia in a multinational organization.• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with the ability to act swiftly and decisively to achieve optimal results.• High ownership and actively seek out opportunities for improvement and change.• Be resourceful, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
