Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition (70%):

• Follow end to end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy aligning with company desired technology competence.
• Work closely with Hiring Manager to find out detail requirement for particular roles.
• Attract high quality candidates through job posting, social media, professional network to ensure their qualifications, experience and culture fit align with DNSE’s requirement.
• Coordinate and directly conduct interview to evaluate candidate’s knowledge, experience, skills and personalities.

Employer branding (30%):

• Collaborate with PR & Marketing team to enhance DNSE’s employer brand presence through recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Build engaging career website where candidates can learn more about DNSE’s work life and job.
• Plan and participate in career fair, job event to attract potential candidates.
• Develop various channels on social media (Tiktok, Fanpage, LinkedIn, videos,..) to spread company’s brand.
