Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. JOB SUMMARY/MISSIONWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Department. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, dedicated, and organized professional with over 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in Real Estate or Construction or Industry). He/She shall have a key role in finding top talents, building our Employer brand, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTalent Acquisition & Recruitment (70%)• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, from entry-level to mid-senior Management for our Business Units (BU) across Vietnam (BU which are specialized in Construction and Industrial Inspection).• Proactively source and attract candidates via professional networks, job portals, and social channels, for positions in Construction and Industrial Inspection.• Screen resumes, conduct initial behavioral interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with BU.• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and closing deals with selected candidates in coordination with our Business Units.• Prepare Letter of Offer and coordinate with our C&B Dept. for Labor Contract.• Coordinate, when necessary, with our Group HR Dept. (in France) for compliance with recruitment flows / processes and working group.Employer Branding & Internal Communication (20%)• Leverage experience in Internal Communication to enhance Employer Branding activities on social media and professional networks.• Represent the company at job fairs and build partnerships with top universities to attract young talents.• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with internal departments to understand their hiring needs and support them for the issuance of Job Description when needed.Administration (10%)• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.• Assist in optimizing recruitment policies and workflows.3.
