- Assists the Director of Talent & Culture in developing and implementing all Talent & Culture strategies, including policies, practices, and systems that influence associates’ attitude, behaviour, and performance.
- Drives the Company vision, mission, and core values throughout the hotel to shape the service culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Works with other Heads of department on organizational/departmental structure, workforce productivity through job analysis and work design.
- Ensures all the functions of Talent & Culture, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Employee Relations, and Law compliance, are implemented effectively.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3+ years HR experience, ideally in an international hotel company.
- At least three years at the level of management level
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Organisation Development, Training Management, Human Resources, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
