• Be responsible for supervising Talent and Culture programs such as recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation, employee relations, employee recognition programs for resort employees.
• Ensures policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extend possible in all Talent and Culture matters

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Knowledgeable of Cadena system is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Human resources, confidentiality and details oriented
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
