• Provide support on Accounting Consulting Service related matters and monitoring activities;• Coordinate and support in preparation for periodic Accounting Consulting Service;• Perform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance matters, including the periodical review of accounting compliance on financial statements;• Participation in conducting and completion of tax compliance and advisory services in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulations and internal policies of RSM;• Management of the performance of each engagement and coaching junior team members;• Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majors• 1 - 4 years of working experience in accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firms;• Practice Certificate/Certified Public Accounting and other related qualifications will be considered as an advantage• Knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.• Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent computer-literacy skills• Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
