Mô Tả Công Việc
- Attract talents with the right skills and experience to build the team from scratch;
- Develop AML Compliance framework that comply with laws & regulations;
- Plan AML Compliance activities in daily operation meet expectations from Risk & Legal perspectives;
- Manage execution of the team, in charge quality of delivery including:
+ Develop and implement AML policies and procedures: creating and updating AML policies and procedures that comply with laws and regulations;
+ Conduct risk assessments: conducting regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential money laundering threats and vulnerabilities;
+ Monitor transactions to detect and report suspicious activity, investigate potential money laundering cases & provide recommendations to senior management;
+ Provide training and guidance to staff on AML policies and procedures, as well as on the detection and reporting of suspicious activity;
+ Collaborate with other sections such as legal, risk & internal control to ensure a comprehensive and effective AML program;
+ Prepare periodic reports on the company’s AML program; - Other tasks assigned by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Law, or Accounting;
- At least 5-7 years of experience in AML Compliance, experience in managing/operating the AML compliance function; refer Fintech/Digital Payment/Digital Banking/Digital Lending/E-Commerce/Banking/Finance…;
- Knowledge of AML regulations: A deep understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills to self-motivate & motivate team members from early stage of function development to mature stage of function operation;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex money laundering threats and vulnerabilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate AML policies and procedures to staff and to collaborate with other departments;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to ensure that all AML procedures are followed accurately and completely.
