We are seeking skilled .NET Developers (Lead level) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development. Successful candidates will join our international team and contribute to the development of our Akkuro Mortgage platform ( This role involves close collaboration with team members in both Vietnam and the Netherlands, providing a dynamic and culturally diverse work environment.Signing bonus up-to 35 mil VND if you can start before 31 July 2025 Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with a focus on technical excellence.
Collaborate effectively with international team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Support team members through coaching and leadership, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
Experience with SQL databases.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience leading a team.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines is a plus.
Experience working in an international team is a plus.
