Tech Analyst

What we need from you (your skill and experience/ what you’ll bring to the team) Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience accepted. 1–3 years of system analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Technical Skills: Experience with banking systems (core banking, payments, loans) and digital banking technologies. Strong knowledge of system design methods (UML, BPMN). Proficiency in data modeling, databases (SQL), and APIs. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Understanding of financial systems and regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR). Ability to write System Requirement Specifications for banking products. Experience with analysis and modeling tools. Understanding of customer and employee-facing applications. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills for working with stakeholders. Proven leadership in team building and matrix management. Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach. Strong analytical capabilities. Proven project management experience. Effective team collaboration skills. Tools Proficiency: Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar analysis tools. Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello) is a plus.
