- Plan and execute projects of various sizes and complexities (prioritizing projects in the tourism, hotel, and airline ticketing industries).
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for software projects, including technology selection, software architecture, and software development direction.
- Review team members' source code, provide guidance and solutions for team members in projects.
- Directly manage the programming team, receive reports, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Review workload for the programming team. Program, design detailed modules, and integrate.
- Research, update new technologies, and propose their application to company projects.
- Communicate, share, and train team members to develop both IT project skills and soft skills.
- Discuss directly with the board of directors and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and unify requirements.
- Work with BA to gather information, write documentation, manage requirements; organize meetings; conduct feasibility studies/appropriateness and act as a bridge between the requester and team members.
- Manage performance, evaluate personnel.
- Ability to assess risks and manage contingency plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- In-depth understanding of processes and technologies related to the tourism and ticket booking industry is an advantage.
- At least 3 years or more of experience participating in IT development projects as a programmer, including ensuring compliance with information security and cybersecurity standards.
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages/frameworks: PHP, Laravel, Python (Django), Golang, .NET, Node.js, ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, etc.
- Knowledge of Wordpress.
- Participate in advising and resolving major technical issues related to flow and logic when incidents occur in projects.
- Knowledge of multithreading, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in API design, system design, software architecture.
- Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proficient in databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership and programming teams.
- Ability to manage programming specialization.
- Ability to review code, advise, and support team members.
- Experience in the tourism, hotel, and airline ticketing industries is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills in designing software structures to ensure reliability, maintainability, scalability, and efficiency of source code.
