Define architecture, ensure performance, security, and code quality. Work closely with Product, Quant, and Data teams to deliver solutions. Manage sprints, oversee development, and contribute hands-on coding/reviews. Drive innovation in real-time data, AI/ML integration, and trading systems. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn 5+ years of software development. Strong in backend (Python, Go, or Java). Experience with on-premise and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases (SQL/NoSQL).
