Sunbytes is looking for a full-time Tech Service Manager to lead client-facing service delivery and act as the bridge between technical execution, operational management, and client partnership. You will manage and develop service offerings, ensure all technical activities align with client and business goals, and translate business needs into actionable technical plans that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value.Lead and develop cross-functional teams, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and provide coaching, feedback, and career developmentOversee the delivery of software projects and dedicated teams, including project planning, pre-sales consultations, technical approval, and proactive risk mitigationServe as the main client contact, translating business needs into actionable technical plans and ensuring cultural and professional alignmentCo-develop and implement departmental strategies and budgets, in collaboration with CTO and Finance, to meet profitability and resource utilisation targetsContinuously improve delivery processes and organisational structures to drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term valueBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and third-party providersPerform other duties assigned by the General Director

Technical skills:Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams of 10+ people (preferably up to 40 members across multiple functions)Hands-on experience in software architecture and modern development practicesSolid experience delivering projects for European and/or US clientsAbility to translate business requirements and client needs into actionable technical strategies Familiarity with pre-sales or technical solution consulting is a plus Soft skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong client-oriented mindset and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong people leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and performance development Strategic and proactive, with the ability to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement
