Technical Engineer (AWS, Japanese-speaking)

Responsibilities:  Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact. Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and services. Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective. Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution. Project Support: Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements.
