Technical Engineer

We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam. We’re looking for Technical Engineers responsible to work closely with internal groups, and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (Production, Import/Export, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Technical Development). Responsibilities & DutiesUse experiences, analysis skills, related tools to optimize production processes. Under her/his responsibility, this includes:• Analyze production line and bottleneck optimize. • Lead the project teams, assign tasks to team members and drive team members to complete assigned tasks• Identify, provide feasibility studies and implement design improvements to suit manufacturing processes, or for the introduction of new plant, equipment and tooling.• Develop new and existing manufacturing processes• Liaise with the Service personnel in relation to field problems, and reviewing the product/process with the aim of eliminating the manufacturing defects/problems.• Participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA• Define and document Process Flow Charts and Factory Layouts• Prepare tooling & equipment specifications and obtain quotations• Purchase, install and commission new tooling and equipment• Conduct production trials and pilot runs• Provide the necessary plant standard operating procedures and work instructions• Coordinate with production management department in training workers • Responsible for Manufacturing Capacity Management (CAMA).• To define and deploy Manufacturing Engineering Processes and standards and engineering specifications.• Lead setup and optimization efforts of factory, production flow, equipment.• Successful implementation of kaizen projects, and other continuous improvement tools.• Accountable for the Method of manufacture and compliance to design intent.• Work with Customer to resolve quality issue, technical issue.• Assist in production problem solving.• And the related job assigned.
