Technical Lead (Payment / Core)

Requirements:Experience: 7–8+ years with full lifecycle of project development (include 2-3 of experience with full lifecycle of project development for Golang Applications)Technical Expertise: Strong background in software design, architecture, and integration. Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, parallel programming, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, sockets, web services, and RESTful APIs.  Familiar with Microservices, event-driven architecture Database Knowledge: Proficient in distributed databases and NoSQL DB systems.Performance Tuning: Experience with distributed caching tools such as Redis.Communication: Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication skills.Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with payment, finance, or accounting products is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with frameworks like Netty or Vert.x. Proficiency in developing React-based user interfaces. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Kafka and OLAP.
