You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, and Customer Support teams.Leveraging your solid cooperation skills with various stakeholders and identifying product specifications for an optimal customer experience, you will design system interfaces and databases. This will enable your team's software engineers to deliver top-tier performance and ensure consistent operations.Provide technical solutions and prioritize tasks in alignment with the business and product roadmaps.Respond promptly to inquiries from customer support and address troubleshooting needs.Design interfaces and databases to support new platform integrations.Ensure Service Level Objectives (SLO) for product quality, high availability, and high throughputImplement and review code with your team members.Offer guidance and mentoring to junior and new team members.Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
