Technical Leader

Project Delivery Be responsible for the team's technical leadership and the development of stable and scalable solutions for clients. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the web/mobile application which are assigned for management. Work with the product team and developer team to create new features that are well-designed and scalable. Troubleshoot and maintain critical production and testing environments. Diagnose and address performance and tuning issues whenever and wherever they occur. Identify recurring issues and collaborate with other teams on resolution plans. Support making proposal to clients and estimation of workload required with different teams within Lotte Data Communication Vietnam  Team Development Recruit and mentor team members to maximize the team's performance and talents. Self-motivated to investigate new technologies to capitalize on the team's technical expertise. Occasionally training team members to upskill their technical expertise.
