Position OverviewThis position is for a Technical Leader (Full-Stack Engineer).The focus is on technical leadership and hands-on development rather than people management.The main responsibilities are as follows:● System design and technology selection● Breaking down requirements into technical tasks● Code and design reviews● Providing technical support and guidance to engineersYou will work closely with the PM/PMO team and engineers in Japan and Vietnam to drive the development forward.Job Responsibilities1. Requirements Understanding & Design● Accurately understand the product requirements and specifications.● For existing products:❖ Analyze the impact of new requirements.❖ Create a list of functions that need modification or addition.● For new products:❖ Create a list of functions.❖ Perform basic system design.● Select appropriate technologies and architectures according to the requirements.2. Task Breakdown & Effort Estimation● Break down functions into technical tasks.● Provide realistic and reasonable effort estimates.● Collaborate with the PMO to create schedules and assign tasks.3. Technical Leadership & Reviews● Conduct reviews for the following deliverables:○ Effort estimates○ Design and technical documents○ Source code (frontend/backend)● Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.● Propose solutions to technical challenges, taking into account:○ Cost○ Performance○ Scalability○ Operations and maintenance4. Hands-on Development● Participate in development as needed.● Support the implementation of complex or critical features.● Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges.5. Technical Support & Mentoring● Provide technical support to engineers.● Share best practices and knowledge.● Offer guidance aimed at improving the technical skills of junior and mid-level engineers.Technical StackFrontend:● React.js● Next.jsBackend:● Node.jsDatabase:● MongoDB (required)● MySQL (optional)● PostgreSQL (optional)Infrastructure / Cloud:● AWS (main)● GCP (DWH)

Required Skills & Experience (Must)● 5+ years of practical experience as a full-stack engineer, or equivalent skills.● Frontend development experience using React.js / Next.js.● Backend development experience using Node.js.● Development, design, and operational experience with MongoDB.● Ability to conduct code reviews on both frontend and backend with attention to:❖ Readability❖ Maintainability❖ Performance● Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and plan corrective actions, including application, infrastructure, and external services.● Knowledge of basic security risks and countermeasures for Web/Mobile applications.● Experience in building or operating infrastructure using AWS (regardless of scale).Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)● Development experience for B2C (toC) products.● Experience in task management using tools such as JIRA.● Experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines.● Development experience using MySQL or PostgreSQL.● Track record of improvements in development processes, code quality, and productivity.● Knowledge of cost optimization and performance improvement in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).● Understanding of AI agent development and experience developing with AI code editors.Attractive Points of This Position● Opportunity to demonstrate skills in technology selection and system design.● A Tech Lead role with minimal management responsibilities, allowing focus on technical work.● Involvement in both new and existing products.● Participation in a global development environment with teams in Japan and Vietnam.● A role with technical challenges and significant impact.
