1、Independently responsible for organizing and implementing the work of the Engineering Equipment Department.
2、Prepare technical documents, improve standards in product technology, process, materials, etc., and lead the organization and implementation of existing product process improvement work in the company.
3、Establish process standards, packaging standards, etc., supervise and inspect the process execution process, process parameters and standards, improve product performance, and maintain product yield; Develop and improve process documents, guide the production line to carry out normal production operations according to the documents.
4、Responsible for the process debugging of new machines and equipment to meet the process requirements of normal production; Timely guidance, handling, coordination, and resolution of technical issues that arise during the production process to ensure the normal progress of production work.
5、Design and improve production processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
6、Responsible for the entire process of technology introduction and innovation, new product research, new technology promotion and application, technical guidance and supervision for the company.
7、According to the process technology standards and company drawing standards, complete the standardization drawing deepening and drawing decomposition work required for the production plan.
8、TPM project promotion, follow-up, and execution.
9、Establish an equipment management system to standardize the management of company equipment.
10、Establish and improve equipment management systems and systems.
11、Develop, organize, and coordinate the company's equipment and accessory procurement plan.
12、Organize the development of company equipment technology renovation plans and implement renovation projects.
13、Organize the development of equipment operation specifications, maintenance and troubleshooting plans.
14、Organize the development of equipment major and medium maintenance plans, as well as equipment troubleshooting and analysis.
15、Responsible for team building and management, and ensuring the performance management and training of department personnel.
16、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1、Key undergraduate degree or above, majoring in furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines;
2、More than 3 years of experience as an equipment engineer in a large furniture factory, with experience in large-scale projects;
3、Familiar with the working principle, material structure, and processing technology of furniture equipment;
4、Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate work with project managers, technical workers, etc;
5、Has a strong sense of responsibility, takes work seriously and responsibly, and can withstand significant work pressure.
Minimum Academic Requirement:Undergraduate degree
Professional Requirement: Construction project management, mechanical and electrical related majors
Age Requirement:Under 40 years old
Experience Requirement:More than 10 years of experience in engineering industry, including engineering management, construction site management, or project management;
Knowledge、Skill Requirement:
- Familiar with professional content such as engineering infrastructure, construction technology, and building materials, with professional technical analysis and judgment abilities;
- Proficient in solid wood furniture equipment layout and optimization;
Personal Quality Requirement:
- Integrity with principles, strong sense of responsibility, strong negotiation skills, and the ability toindependently handle emergencies.
