Your RoleThe Technical Manager owns technical planning, delivery execution, and operational stability within assigned product or technical domains. You will lead Backend, Frontend, Tester, and Data teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective systems aligned with product and business goals. What You’ll DoTechnical Planning & Delivery OwnershipTranslate product roadmap into clear technical plans, milestones, and delivery commitments.Own end-to-end technical delivery, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to meet business goals.System Architecture & Operational StabilityGuide domain-level system architecture and design to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for production and customer-impacting issues, ensuring preventive actions are in place.Quality, Data & Infrastructure ExcellenceEnsure engineering quality, release readiness, and baseline security practices are consistently applied.Oversee data reliability for billing, reporting, and analytics within scope.Monitor infrastructure usage and cost, driving optimization and cost awareness in collaboration with Operations Division. Cross-functional Alignment & CommunicationCommunicate technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs clearly with Product and business stakeholders.Drive alignment across teams to support informed decisions and predictable delivery.Continuous Improvement & Team LeadershipDrive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and delivery effectiveness.Lead, coach, and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership and accountability.

Background & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technical leadership or Technical Manager–equivalent roles.Experience working in SaaS, eCommerce, or product-based environments is strongly preferred.Technical & Delivery ExpertiseStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, databases, and security fundamentals.Hands-on experience leading technical delivery, including scope management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.Proven ability to manage technical risks, release readiness, and operational stability in production systems.Leadership & CollaborationSolid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery practices.Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.Able to translate product and business requirements into clear, executable technical plans.Experience leading and coaching cross-functional engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, Tester, Data).Strong communication skills to explain technical constraints, risks, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.Ownership mindset with the ability to make pragmatic decisions under real delivery constraints.
