REPORTING TO: Vietnam R&D Head KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Ownership (20%)Act as the bridge between customers and development teams to align on requirements and product goalsGather, clarify, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholdersDefine acceptance criteria and support backlog managementSupport solution delivery to customers, ensuring clear communication of features and valueParticipate in product release planning and provide input on product roadmap from QA and customer feedback perspectiveQuality Assurance & Testing (70%)Work with Project Manager to understand features and establish tests strategy (unit, integration)Develop and maintain test plans, test casesPerform functional, regression, and integration testing for software/POS applications/Licensed or SaaS solutionsManage release identification and validation within CI/CD pipelinesEnsure product quality by validating compliance with customer requirementsTechnical Support (10%)Provide technical support to customers and end-users for POS applications, TMS (Terminal Management System), NCC (Network Communication Controller) and solution-related issueDiagnose and troubleshoot NCC-related issues, using Unix command line for investigation and configuration; Perform periodical onsite maintenanceDiagnose and troubleshoot application and system-level issuesEscalate unresolved technical problems to the appropriate internal teamsDocument product-related technical knowledge and troubleshooting guidelines for clients and internal useFollow up with clients to ensure solutions are fully functional after fixes or upgrades Key Performance Objectives/IndicatorsHigh-quality, bug-free product releases aligned with customer requirements.Reliable workload/test effort estimates for project planning.Effective customer support with timely resolution of solution issues.Contribution to product backlog quality and release success.

SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATIONStrong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control principlesHands-on experience in testing mobile applications (especially Android)Good knowledge of SQL databases, web/host protocols, and encryption methods (preferred)Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting application/system issuesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage priorities and balance QA, support, and product-related tasksExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBasic Unix command line knowledge (mandatory for NCC support)Knowledge of payment domain (EMV, QR, ISO8583) is a plusLANGUAGES:Basic English communicationEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years’ experience in QA/Technical roles, with exposure to customer support and/or product ownershipCertifications in QA, Agile/Scrum, or Product Management are a plusBackground knowledge: IT, Android, embedded devices, network, Window/Unix platform
