If you're ready to embark on a mission to discover, develop, and retain the right talent, join us on this adventure!Your Role OverviewYou will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving the attraction, retention, and development of the right talent, and building a workplace where everyone thrives.Your MissionTalent Development (60%)Manage the full cycle recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding.Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, develop and retain the right talent.Build and implement development programs to support team members unlocking new abilities and career path.Lead performance evaluations using data-driven insightsDefine core competencies, establishing clear success benchmarks to guide employee growth and developmentEngagement (30%)Develop and execute internal engagement activities and events (e.g., holidays, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, team-building, birthdays, happy hour...).Facilitate internal communication to promote company culture.Admin (10%)Establish and maintain direct relationships with external partners and suppliers to execute the company's initiatives.Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the leader
