Scope:K.D. Feddersen is your specialist in the distribution of engineering and high-performance plastics. Our products can be efficiently processed by injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. As a premium distributor supporting the development and manufacturing of plastic applications, we work with many reputable suppliers and also promote our own branded products.With a long-standing presence in the Asian market, we already serve a range of customers in Southern Vietnam. We now aim to further expand our footprint in the Northern region as well.As a prerequisite, candidates for this position must possess expertise in selling polymers and be confident in developing new customers. The primary responsibilities of the Technical Sales Manager: Identifying business opportunities, building and fostering customer relationships, as well as negotiating and closing business deals. Furthermore, he/she should maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Responsibilities:• Research and analyze the market to identify target customers• Create, sustain, and develop strong relationships with customers• Conduct regular customer visits to identify new project opportunities• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations• Lead negotiations with customers to secure new business• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fully met• Stay informed about competitor activities to effectively position our offerings• Attend conferences and exhibitions to represent the company and gather market insights• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management within the CRM system• Build annual sales budgets and take responsibility for achieving sales targets and margins• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for new products or services

Minimum Qualifications:Education: • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemistry or Materials Engineering or similar engineering field. A diploma or degree in Business Administration or Management will be an advantage.Work Experience & Skills: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the plastics industry• Familiar with application development and project management in the plastics industry• Ability to work and communicate effectively with customer staff at different levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English • Entrepreneurial, proactive and independent working style • Proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
