Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales & Business Development:• Develop and implement business plans for strategic product lines to achieve company sales targets, including revenue and profitability goals.• Responsible for developing and expanding the customer and sales network.• Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring market share growth.• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding the existing customer portfolio.• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, providing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.• Provide technical problem-solving support and deliver comprehensive information regarding company products and services.• Conduct pricing and contribution margin analysis to ensure competitive positioning.• Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive pricing and service offers, maintaining optimal profit margins.• Manage and support distributors to ensure optimal performance and technical understanding of products.• Prepare sales forecasts and develop strategies to enhance market penetration.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-sales support.Sales Support & Coordination:• Assist and coordinate with the sales team in working with distributors and direct customers for technical sales activities.• Support inventory control processes to ensure smooth sales operations and timely product availability.• Provide timely feedback to management regarding sales performance, market developments, and customer technical needs.• Strengthen teamwork and internal communication with Technical and Office teams to enhance customer service and technical support.• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.________________________________________

Job Requirements:Skills & Competencies:• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in addressing customer needs and sales challenges.• Sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and decision-making.• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong commercial and financial understanding.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex engineering products.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Education & Experience:• University or college degree (preferably in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field).• Experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering solutions is highly preferred.• Familiarity with sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and distributor management is a plus.Salary: Negotiable Benefits:• Entitled to annual leave and insurance benefits as per labor law• Annual health check-up• Performance-based bonus• Opportunity for training in Italy
