Konica Minolta is a Japanese company with business history over 100 years which manufactures and distributes products & services in the print technology industry. https://www.konicaminolta.vn/vn-en/As a company HR strategy to cultivate potential human resources as well as talent acquisition, and Konica Minolta Group’s philosophy for social responsibilities/contribution to the community in Vietnam, we are delighted to look for qualified candidates for the position of Technical Service Engineer as below:*** Job Description:- Perform maintenance and repairs on assigned products including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal and customer call assistance. - Assist in ordering parts, stocking and inventory control. - Train end users in proper care and use of copiers, including phone support, in house training and explanation of service performed.- Manage inventory of parts, call activity and perform associated administrative tasks.- Provide customer training on assigned products in accordance with current field procedures.- Ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects- Input work order data and labor into computer tracking system.- Other assignments as requested from direct superior.
