- Client Engagement: Participate in client interviews and meetings, communicating effectively in English to understand project requirements and present solutions. - Solution Presentation: Presentations of company solutions to clients in English, articulating technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. - Ability to analyze functional needs and drive the design for positive business outcomes; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards. - Full stack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of various projects, with a focus on strong Java development skills. - Technical Versatility: Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks, working on diverse projects and learning new technical stacks as required. - Collaboration: Work closely with Vice-President to identify client needs, propose solutions, and assist in the technical discussions necessary to secure new projects. - Project Support: Act as a technical resource in different types of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction

- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools. - Good communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Have experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Have experience in Java, Spring boot, Spring MVC. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Proven knowledge or experience in skill set: market research, user focused, data analytics, etc. - Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different project types quickly. - Experience in engaging directly with clients, with a focus on securing new business. - Good problem-solving skill. - Be able to work under deadline pressure. - Proactive in work.
