Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate electrical equipment needs for sterile pharmaceutical production processes.• Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to select and acquire appropriate electrical equipment.• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment specifications meet project requirements and regulatory standards.• Lead the qualification processes for new and existing electrical equipment,• Ensure all equipment meets performance criteria and operates within specified parameters.• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and resolve technical issues promptly.• Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.Benefits: Attractive salary (up to 25 million VND)• 13th-month salary, salary increases, and periodic bonuses based on seniority and performance.• Work in a large-scale, modern, EU GMP-certified sterile injectable pharmaceutical factory.• Directly collaborate with European and Chinese experts, with great opportunities for learning and development.• Full social insurance, health insurance as per government regulations.• Various internal programs: skill enhancement training, holiday bonuses, birthday celebrations, etc.• Domestic and international travel (South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia…)• Annual health check.

Requirements: • Graduated in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.• Proficient in English with good communication skills, especially with foreign experts.Experience: • No experience required, fresh graduates are accepted.Qualities: • Good health; careful, diligent, responsible at work.
