Mô Tả Công Việc
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations jointly with the technical sales team
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Strengthening relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Reporting to Management about business activities such as customer visits, repairs, product tests and competition
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male, minimum 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in technical support of technical products preferable to the furniture and woodworking industry, mattress & upholstery, textile, automobile)
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Quick learning of circuit and troubleshooting principles
- Self-motivated, independent and goal oriented personality
- Must have integrity, strong execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirits and able to work under pressure
