Perifit, a product improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of women worldwide, is looking for its next Failure Analysis Engineer.
You will be responsible for the analysis of the issues our customers are facing.
Your missions :
- Collection of user feedback via Intercom Notion and Jira,
- Create tools to follow up defect trends and follow them (customer feedback, automatic bug reports),
- Analysis of product failure : gather data to better understand our issues, with the help of the hardware team and software team
- Create CAPA and implement solutions into production with other teams : industrialisation, product and software
- Improve our failure analysis process with the customer success team,
- Improve our testing equipment through requests to hardware team,

🧑💻 You have a technical background in electronics and software needed to understand issues that our customer are facing.
📊 You have some basic understanding of statistics (average, standard deviations) and you believe in data driven decisions
🚀 You know how to find your way in a start-up environment, and you have a “test & learn” approach.
💪🏽 You believe in the right of every woman to have access to ludic and efficient health solutions,
📈 You use data to better understand your actions: you know how to measure, extract and deliver them.
✌️You master if possible Intercom
🤓 You are a self-questioning person who never stands on your achievements, and you are constantly developing. 🇬🇧 You have an excellent level of written and spoken English 🇻🇳 You are based in Ho Chi Min city so you can meet our team there.
