- Understand and master the process, profession and technique of assigned projects.
- Receive and handle Customer support requests from Customer Supporter: check reports, update / delete data, fix bug (script), test errors, test hotfixes, optimize performance, update hotfix ...
- Provide full task processing information for Customer Supporter (CS) for CS to respond to customers
- Fully and clearly record customer support requests into the Helpdesk system.
- Together with the team to build daily/weekly/monthly data checking processes for each project
- Transfer information of tasks that cannot be handled by themselves or outside the processing powers to the Leader / Manager
- Statistics, make guidance documents on problems regularly supporting and proposing optimal solutions to the system.
- Maintaining alignment and support back and forth between team members, with other groups.
- Adapt well to the teamwork environment, respect the members and help each other to achieve the highest values for the team

- 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Male/Nữ - Graduated from College/University- It-related major
- Know about databases and report writing (SQL priority, Stimulsoft)
