Technical Writer (Software Documentation)

Job briefWe are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will be working collaboratively with developers, quality engineers and product managers to make our products easier to use and understand. You will need a strong technical background to be able to understand complex technical architecture and process to turn it into something more easily digestible by end usersResponsibilitiesWork with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirementsProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audienceWrite easy-to-understand user and administrator guides for external customersReview and maintain documentation to keep it up to date with feature releases and current product offeringsCreate, manage and maintain documentation including versioning
