- Lead and manage subordinate staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare production lines, equipment, install software, and design processes to support production.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve and address issues related to quality and functionality.
- Ensure that processes and equipment meet requirements and standards.
- Introduce new technologies, equipment, and improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Manage and control departmental costs.
- Train and develop the professional skills of subordinate staff.
- Act as the liaison with equipment suppliers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Good communication skills in a foreign language (English Toeic 650, Japanese N3).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team.
- Knowledge of ISO, QMS, and EMS standards.
- Skills in presentation, report writing, and communication.
- Capability to develop both long-term and short-term plans.
