As a Technology Educator, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, enhancing participants’ skills and contributing to their professional growth. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the organization’s development by nurturing talent, fostering a strong tech community, supporting key account growth, and strengthening business partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs:• Create tailored technical training programs to meet organizational needs.• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, quizzes, assignments, and hands-on projects.• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for diverse audiences ranging from university students and freshers to senior developers, in online, offline, and blended formats.• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.• Other tasks include coaching new trainers and speaking at organizational events.
