Responsibilities:
- Using social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential Leads.
- Engaging and following up with leads to raise their interest to our services and turning to a quality conversation.
- Create appointments for our sales team to discuss any potential opportunities.
- Send introduction /proposal emails and follow up with potential leads.
- Develop a network of potential Leads and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to identify each lead’s requirements.
- Provide sales support to our Sales Team including preparing quotes, answering RFP, arranging appointments and chasing paperwork.
- Log Leads information in our CRM and other internal databases

Skills and Requirements:
- Work experience as a Telemarketing Executive, Sales Executive, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and Leads databases.
- Great relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Hands-on experience with Tracking Systems and other CRM software
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding and knowhow of Information Technology landscape is preferrable
- Team working abilities
