Mô Tả Công Việc
- In charge of tendering and cost control of interior/finishing construction project professionally.
- Follow up projects schedules and collaborate with the Purchase team to make sure about the delivery of orders on time,
- Explore new good subcontractors/supplier.
- Negotiate for the competitive prices with the subcontractors/suppliers.
- Proactive communicate with related teams and report to superior (periodically, unusually) to make sure that projects going well.
- Orientate and advice superiors new ideas for QS/Purchase team developement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age: 25-28 years old.
- Experienced in interior construction, no matter what positions been in the past (supervisor, QS...) Over 01 year experience preferred.
- Be good at team working and reporting.
- Not tentive to blame the mistakes. Problem resolving oriented when troubles happening.
- Prefer the candidates who is cleared with career own-orientation and willing to work for long-time.
Compensation and benefits:
- Basic salary: 12,000,000 – 19,000,000 VND(negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
