A Tessellation future leader can choose to work in 2 locations including Hoa Binh and Ho Chi Minh with the job description as below:
• In Tessellation Hoa Binh, you will have chance to rotate and experience different functions in Integrated production and Technical Engineering. 
• In Tessellation Binh Duong, you will have chance to rotate and experience different functions in Laboratory, Dyeing, Finishing.
• After 2 years, you can find the department which is suitable for you.

 Integrated Production:
• Plan and draw up a production schedule.
• Follow up and control the production processes to meet customer’s requirement in both quantity & quality.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers and junior Employees.
• Complete other job assignments of Superior.

Technical Engineering:
• Accelerate the automation process by using kill methods, using templates, using automatons.
• Monitor and improve the process in accordance with factory requirements, recommend, select equipment
• Ensure sample and mass production process are executed with right methods, achieving quality performance. Anticipate quality risks as well as bottlenecks in production, discuss prevention options. Use another factory reference.
• Manage the Template and folder Development
• Complete other job assignments of Superior.

Fabric Mill (Laboratory, Dyeing, Finishing):
• Developing color library for materials.
• Design the dyeing programs (reactive dye or disperse dye) and machine parameters for each type of fabric and color.
• Design the finishing method (softie, resonated, performance care, mercerized, regal, …) and finishing machine parameters (dryer, singeing, brushing, stenter, compacting, …)  for each type of batch.
• Manage and handle the quality issues related to dyeing process.
• Complete other job assignments of Superior

 Application:
- Round 1: Submit application and Aptitude test, from April 15 to May 22, 2023
- Round 2: Career day, from June 12 to June 30, 2023
- Round 3: Panel Interview, from July 1 to July 7, 2023
