Test Engineer

Test Process:• HVM data analysis to find abnormal and improvement point• Engineering report generation such as weekly, monthly, quarterly yield report and etc…• Support MFG line to solve urgent case• Regular test related low yield lot verification and disposition• Setup test related parameter in control system• Communicate with customer on program upgraded qualification and other engineering work in written/oral English• Lead load board repair action• Optimize HVM SOP for account customer• Support EE on machine troubleshooting data analysis• Generate/Upgrade Spec/WI for MFG line quality/efficiency enhancement• Account PE/contact window for new customer, coordinate NPI to HVM readiness• Write 8D report for quality issue with clear logical inference• Conference meeting with customer on weekly/monthly review meeting in English• Other duty assigned by managerTest RF:• Working on wireless system (Connectivity, Cellular, 5G) bring-up, integration, development, validation and manufacture processes.• Practical knowledge of wireless test verification and validation test equipment and systems including building blocks, RF systems characteristics of building blocks, test system design, implementation and commissioning.• Conduct analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality • NPI setup : project leading, test machine buyoff, test process • Test process & system improvement : yield/quality/productivity enhancement• Test S/W&H/W management : test program, test fixtures
