We welcome expatriates and international professionals to bring fresh perspectives and help shape the future of technology.RESPONSIBILITIESThe position is responsible for• Manage, mentor, and lead a testing team of 20-50+ members, including manual testers, automation testers, and QA engineers.• Establish team goals, KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement in the team’s performance.• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.• Define testing scopes, schedules, and priorities based on project requirements and deadlines.• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on test strategies.• Ensure the testing strategy encompasses both manual and automated testing approaches
