Log and track bugs using tools like Jira or ClickUp; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.Execute test cases (manual or automation depending on the project).Analyze business requirements and design test plans/test cases accordingly.Perform various types of testing: Functional, Regression, Smoke, UAT, etc.Proactively suggest improvements to testing processes and product quality.Report testing progress and results to the QA Lead or Project Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

over 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.Those who can speak, read, and write N3 or higher Japanese are preferred. Even those who are in the middle of their studies are possible.Solid understanding of software testing principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong skills in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.Basic English communication skills, especially reading technical documents.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
